iBoom Boom Box for iPod

I think I need one of these. DLO (Digital Lifestyle Outfitters) has introduced a 20 watts-per-channel boom box for your iPod, called the iBoom (imagine that).

The iBoom provides a dock for any dock-connector iPod or iPod Mini, and also has a built-in FM tuner. It sports a handle for easy transport, and can run off of six "D" batteries or an A/C adapter.

The iBoom is available from Everything iPod for $149.

I love it! I mostly listen to audiobooks on it, but i've also used it sitting around with friends. THey all want one. THe reason i chose it over all the others is because you can use batteries. However, it's not very convenient. YOu have to store the cord inside first, then cram the batteries in. Not always easy. Also, it supposed to rev up my ipod while using it (only when it's plugged in), but it doesn't.
