Free Image Editor Hits 1.0
LiveQuartz is a new, simple image editor from Rhapsoft that takes full advantage of what Tiger has to offer.Layered on top of CoreImage functions, LiveQuartz 1.0 is a multi-layer image editor that keeps it simple. Images can be dragged and dropped as new layers, and the tool bar provides most of the basics.
Download it for free, but if you don't yet have Mac OS 10.4, you'll have to wait.
