The Mother of all Thumb Drives

Edge makes a thumb drive with a capacity twice as big as my old PowerMac G3: The 8 Gigabyte DiskGO! flash drive.
Other than it's enormous storage capacity, it's pretty much like any other flash drive: USB 2.0, extension cable, keychain grommet, removable cap, and a lanyard. It also includes SecureGuard password protection software.

There's one other thing that distinguishes the DiskGO from oher flash drives: it sells for $619.95.

Update: The price on this unit has been dropped to just $399.99.

OMG! 8 gig! wow. pricey though. thats the cost of a low end laptop or more expensive even than a new 60 gig ipod which does the same thing plus music and videos (although bigger of course).
